It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Louise DeMarque of Springfield, Nebraska, who passed away on May 14, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jack DeMarque; her parents, Claus Grell and Christine Grell (Potthast); and her siblings, Shirley Schuman, Robert Grell (Bob) and Roger Grell.
She is survived by: her children, Chris DeMarque (Holly), Kevin DeMarque (Amy) and Michelle DeMarque; her grandchildren, Carly DeMarque (Cody Hytrek), MacKenzie Krejci (Kyle), Allen Bartley, Brook DeMarque (Megan Lehr), Dylan Bartley and Amber Novotny (Ethan); her great grandchild Parker Krejci; and her sister Ellen Cardin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
