He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Lee" Beets and Dorothy "Dot" Beets of Kansas. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Beets; his children, Carrie Gorges of Kansas, Michael Beets (Violet) of South Carolina and Whitney Beets of Nebraska; his grandchildren, Myko, Aiden, Oliver and Adelaide; and his sister Pamela Kermoade. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
