He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stephens and Wilma Stephens (Dietz); his brother Fred Stephens; his siblings-in-law, James Foster, Ken and Charlene Fischbach (Williams); and his parents-in-law, Leland and Viola Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Raylene Stephens; his children, Chad Stephens (Lana) and Amy Russell (Anthony); his grandchildren, Coltin, Taylor, Lucas, Brianna, Joshua, Samuel and Kaden; his great grandchild Rilynn; his siblings-in-law, Bill and Margaret Mary Barnes; and his nephews, Justin Foster (Jenny) and Bryan Barnes (Carrie).
A memorial has been established in Lee's honor, and kindly suggested to: Stamford Fire and Rescue or to St. Mary's Catholic Church.
