He is survived by : his wife Barbara Ober; his children, Tim Daniel of David City, NE, Rick Daniel of Stanton, Kevin Daniel (Jacquee) of Norfolk, Davanna Bernbeck (Tony) of Stanton, Gene Daniel (Sarah) of Stanton and Raeann Patterson (Shane) of Stanton; and his siblings, Terry Daniel (RoseAnn) of Idaho, Judy West (Leonard) of Stanton and Ron Daniel (Marge) of McCook, NE.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
