He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hilliges and Helen Hilliges (Porter); his sisters, Lois Kingley and Janet Roenfeldt; his son John H. Hilliges; and his grandson Anthony J. Hilliges.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Wieneke of Peter's Catholic Church; and his children, Ron Hilliges (Sandy) of Stanton, Dave Hilliges (Lori) of Norfolk, Dan Hilliges (Sherri) of Ashland and Donna Molacek (Don) of Howells. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
