He is survived by: his wife Lavonne Duer of Staplehurst, Nebraska; his children, Lori Sheehan (Michael) of Staplehurst, Ruth Hatcher of Beaumont and Paul Duer (Ginelle) of Staplehurst, Nebraska; his son-in-law Wayne Naber of Waco, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Kyle Naber (Heather), Aimee Eckstein (Ryan), Kelly Dana (Jared), Michaela Steager (Chris), Erin Zodrow (Justin), Elizabeth Moyer (Ed), Ben Sheehan, Sara Sheehan (Joshua Larsen), Emmett Sheehan, Phoebee Sheehan, Sophie Sheehan, Caelin Sheehan, JeanAnne Moore (TJ), Jennifer Petik (Dustin), Justin Hatcher (Lynde), Dakotah Comes (Nate), Jordanne Duer (Payton Kinney), Aubrey Bader (Andrew) and Dylan Duer (Rachel Tyner); his great grandchildren, Jade, Nolan, Conner Eckstein, Addison, Ashlynn Naber, Emery Valez, Margaret, Grady Zodrow, Kaleb Robinson, Vance, Olivia, Mason Moore, Clay, Evelyn Petik, Savannah and Turner Comes; his sisters, Evangeline Barth and Cynthia Ludwig; and his siblings-in-law, Eldon Deverne Orth, Valera Otte, Jean, Marlin Versteeg and Donald Woelber.
