He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto and Emma; his wife Lucille; and his son Stephan. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Marquardt (Kristin), Terry Marquardt (Marcia), Daniel Marquardt (Deborah), David Marquardt (Denice) and Douglas Marquardt (Jacqueline). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
