We are sad to announce that, on October 20, 2023, at the age of 90, Helen Rose (Sperfslage) Gyhra of Steinauer, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Sperfslage and Regina Sperfslage (Deters); her grandsons, Brandon Gyhra and Nick Thiemann; and her siblings, Irvin, Emmett, Donald, Richard, Louis Sperfslage, Charlotte Deters and Mary Gyhra.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph L. Gyhra of Bede's Catholic Church; her children, Diana Thiemann (Doug Frohberg), Joyce Krueger (Greg), Joseph H. Gyhra (Jana), Alan Gyhra (Marcia) and Eric Gyhra; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Sperfslage. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
