He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Herrick and Marguerite Herrick (Clark); his brother Gary Herrick; his parents-in-law, Leonard and Adelaide Gyhra; his brother-in-law Wayne Schulenberg; and his nephew Bradley Brewer.
He is survived by: his wife Frannie Gyhra; his children, Dee Kuhlmann (Matt) of Table Rock, NE, Jody Ketter (Chad) of Home, KS, Kelly Kohmetscher (Bruce) of Blue Hill, NE and John Herrick (Kristen) of Table Rock, NE; his grandchildren, Taylor Johnson (Jordyn), Brooke Milke (Matthew), Schuyler Kuhlmann, Bailey Hickey (Jesse), Sutton Kuhlmann, Henry, Eli, Maria, Desi Ketter, Lane, Cora Kohmetscher, Lydia, Hannah and Sophia Herrick; his great grandchildren, Spencer, Alaina Milke and Creighton Johnson; and his siblings, Nancy Schulenberg of Table Rock, NE and Dale Herrick of Table Rock, NE. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
