She was predeceased by: her mother Donna Hoffman (Campbell); her son Tyler Van Winkle; her brother-in-law Neal Roelfs; and her niece Emily Roelfs. She is survived by: her father John "Jack" Hoffman (Marilyn); her husband Mark Van Winkle; her daughters, Lindsay Bernadt (Brad) and Kylie Rosenbohm (Matt); her grandchildren, Deacon, Owen Bernadt, Gwendolyn Bernadt, Lila and Ellie Rosenbohm; and her sisters, Jody Roelfs, Shelley Armstrong (Brad) and Sandy Medley (Len). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
