He is survived by: his wife Darleen Horstman (Klein); his children, Jerry Horstman (Ann Ramsey) and Diane Behrens (Casey); his grandchildren, Michelle and Jason; his siblings, Ron Horstman, Betty Oosting and Lois Stelmach; and his sister-in-law Denise Horstman. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family.
