She was predeceased by: her parents, Frans Emil and Elin Elvera Oquist (Gestrine); her husband Arnold Enoch Ekstrand; and her siblings, Severt Oquist, Stanley Oquist and Evelyn Olson (Wilbur).
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Gloria Oquist of Osceola and Alice Jane Oquist of Stromsburg; and her friends, Rod and Kathy Hengelfelt. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
