He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward W. Kujath and Doris Kujath (Simpson); his siblings, Stanley, Dale, Jim, Dave, Janice Ackman and Judy Schwisow; and his siblings-in-law, Barb Kujath, Michael Coates and Vic Ackman.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Stromsburg; his sons, Ricky (Jen Ptacek) of Omaha and Joe of Stromsburg; his granddaughter Vayda Katherine; his siblings, Peggy Coates of Beatrice, Johnny of Fairbury and Gary of Crete; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Kujath of Beatrice and Patty Kujath of Texas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
