He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Carol Patton; daughter: Erin (Derek) Johnson; step-daughters: Michelle (Steve) Dubas and Alisa (Clint) Buckingham; grandchild: Hollis; step-grandchildren: Christina (Max) Alfaro, Alex (Karlee) Dubas, Andrew Dubas, Austey (Emma) Buckingham, Corrin (Roman) Andrews, Blair (Anthony) Chetram, and Gezahenge Buckingham; step-great grandchildren: Millie Dubas, Giovani Alfaro, Charlie Buckingham, RJ Andrews, Kingston Andrews, Ayla Chetram, and Avira Chetram; parents: Warren and Nola Lucille (Jewell) Patton; other: Pastor David Owens; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Stromsburg Baptist Church (515 Exchange St, Stromsburg, NE 68666).
