She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Church and Marie Church (Dickman); and her siblings, Arnold Church, Dean Church, Jack Church, Harold Church, Forrest Church, Milford Church, Ron Church, Blanche Shively, Bernice Plumtree, Betty Gulbrandson, Faye Greger, Erma Cornwell and Donna Reisener.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur Lambert of Fullerton, NE.; her children, Roger Lambert (Mona) of York and Lisa Sanders (Butch) of York; and her sisters, Alice Faeh of Grand Island, NE and Twyla Mingus of York. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 1 step granddaughter, 5 great-grandchildren.
