He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Beckman and Avis Beckman; his wife Jolene Rosenquist; and his sister Polly Downing. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Beckman (Julie) of Brooklyn Park and Chad Beckman (Shauna) of Lincoln; his stepdaughters, Staci Michel of Omaha, Melinda Rosenquist of Omaha and Amanda Burcham (Dylan) of Omaha; his grandchildren, Daniel, Andrew, Emily of Brooklyn Park and Livia of Lincoln; and his stepgrandchildren, Dawson, Graycen and Rylee. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
