He was predeceased by: his parents, Winnie Anderson (Rystrom) and Henry Ray Anderson; and his brother Rodney. He is survived by: his wife Joy Nixon; his son Tobin Anderson (Angela) of Sugar Land; his granddaughter Holly Vay Anderson-Dravitzki; his daughter Holly (Paul) of Stromsburg; his grandchildren, Janna, Courtney (Bo), Jordan, Tristan (Jacklyn), Zane, Zoé Dravitzki, Kristi, Megan Anderson, Steven (Aranza), Anthea and David Chambers; and his great grandchild Belle Ruud.

Memorials are suggested to Salem Lutheran Church Foundation or the family to be designated later.
