She was predeceased by: her parents, Ila Flannigan (Cobb) and Ward Flannigan; her husband James Friedel; and her siblings, Dan, Roger Flannigan and Dianne Ienn.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Friedel (Janice) of Kearney, Sue Maxson (Byron) of Kearney, Lea Jane Friedel of Kearney and Marcee Johnson (Tom) of Kearney; her grandchildren, Jamie Bentz (Randy), Timothy Friedel (Teckla), Dustin Maxson (Racheal), Jared Maxson, Kylee Vreugdenhil (Tyler), Skylar Vincent (Zach) and Derek Johnson; and her brothers, Randy Flannigan of Loveland, CO and Jeff Flannigan of San Diego, CA.. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Seger Funeral Home (202 East 2nd Street, Stuart, NE 68780). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Boniface Catholic Church (106 E 3rd St, Stuart, NE 68780).
