He is survived by: his wife Kate Murphy; his children, Sarah (Jason Granger), Ross (Brittany Kunz), Nickolas (Amber Kunz) and Alex Kunz; his grandchildren, Reid, Maddyn, Abel, Vivian and Stella; and his siblings, Jean, Rich McIntosh, Tess Frederick, Scott and Lori Kunz.
