He is survived by: his children, Cindy (Scott Anderson) of Hackensack, NJ, Bob (Nikki Ogden) of O'Neill, NE, Neil (Angie Leibel) of Stuart, NE and Jason (Abigail Wertenberger) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his siblings, Judy Prater of Edmond, OK, LouAnn Cadwallader of Stuart, NE, Patty Varilek of Lenexa, KS and Jerry Shald of Milford, NE. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, and many nieces, nephews.
