She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Shearer and Lily Shearer; her husband Richard Bott; her brother Don Shearer; and her nephew Wayne Shearer.
She is survived by: her children, Sean Bott (Kris) of Arcola, Illinois and Michala Costello (Wesley) of Haddonfield; her grandchildren, Tyler Bugos (Caitlin) of Mattoon, Dylan Bugos (Andersen Patty-G'Sell) of St. Louis, Myles Bott of Arcola, Emylen and Ridgely Costello of Haddonfield; her great grandchild Oakley Bott of Arcola, Illinois.; and her siblings, Jean Mattson (David) of Kearney, Doris Hamilton (Rick) of Stuart, Rick Shearer (Terri) of Stuart and Bill Shearer of Stuart. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Boniface Catholic Church (106 E 3rd St, Stuart, NE 68780). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the White Horse Museum in Stuart, Nebraska.
