She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert and Lola; her son Randi; her son-in-law John Ensign; her brothers, Jim (Shirley Peters) and Marvin; her sister-in-law Elaine Thayer; and her in-laws, Willis "Bill" and Neva Thornberry.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Thornberry; her daughter Vicki Ensign of Nelson; her grandchildren, Jessi Hoeft (Nathan) of Hastings, Kelly Karr (William) of Blue Hill and Gariv Thornberry of Norton, Kansas; and her great grandchildren, Caleb and Jacob Karr.
