He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Boyles and Twyla Boyles (Howe); and his sister Elaine Daubert. He is survived by: his wife Deb Boyles; his child Jami Boyles (Brad Elkin); his grandchildren, Alex and Harper; his son Scott Boyles (Kristene); his grandchildren, Kyler, Kamden and Averi; his son Brady Alexander (Sam); his grandchildren, Parker, Rowan and Maren; his child Courtney Alexander (Van); his grandchildren, Liam and Collins; and his brothers, Doug Boyles and Bryan Boyles (Jan).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Olive Hill Church or the Burr Oak Fire Department in honor of Marvin's life and legacy.
