He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar and Edna. He is survived by: his spouses, Edna Rose Johnson and Pamela Moeller; his children, Jason Hobson (Rebecca) of Warrenton, Mandy Kamykowski (Chris) of St. Louis, Mackenzie Oberst (Justin) of Omaha, Kristan Krout (Brandon) of Grand Rapids and Shaun Carpenter of Superior; his grandchildren, Levi, Axel, Logan, Austen, Samuel, Penelope and Holden; and his siblings, Gerald Carpenter (Betty) and Connie Hayes (Calvin). He is also survived by other relatives and a host of friends.
