She was predeceased by: her father Donald Rotert; her parents-in-law, Dale and Lilly Laaley; and her brother-in-law Marty Houser. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Rotert; her husband Randy Lavaley; her children, Brandon Lavaley (Marni), BreAnn Denison and Jason Lavaley (Laura); her grandchildren, Carson, Barrett, Sawyer Lavaley, Shawn Meister, Lauren, Emma Denison, Hayden and Bransen Lavaley; her brothers, Jim Rotert (Teresa) and David Rotert (Susan); and her sisters-in-law, Lois Houser, Barb Hoatson (Larry) and Sherry Wever. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the United Methodist Church (631 Pine St, Sutherland, NE 69165).
