He was predeceased by : his parents, Deorman Stout and Mary Stout; his parents-in-law, Jack and Ilene Fisher; his siblings, Jo Stout and Deorman Matthew Stout; and his brothers-in-law, Jack L. Fisher and Ken Brand.
He is survived by : his wife Doreen Fisher; his children, Rich Stout (Shelly) of Hershey, Deb Stout, Shelly Compton (Philip) of Sutherland and Molly; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Compton, Natalie Compton and Shaun Yetter (Jennifer); his siblings, Eileen Morrell (LeRoy) of North Platte, Ruby Ann Lange (Larry) and Charles Stout (Sara) of Hershey; his sister-in-law Alice Brand of Georgia; his nieces, Melanie, Stephanie and Brandi Lemon; and his nephew Scott Fisher. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews.
