With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Joan Sheridan of Sutton, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 4, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Nittler and Rose Nittler (Schaefer). She is survived by: her husband John Sheridan of Joseph's Catholic Church; her brother Jerry (Betty); her children, Shawn (Martha) of Sutton, Barry (Laurie) of Sutton, Patrick Sheridan (Jan Hoegh) of Grand Island, Tommy Sheridan of Baldwin, KS and Amy Crownhart (Chris) of Severance, CO; her grandchildren, Andrew, Tristan, Brenden, John and Riley Sheridan; her children, Grant, Anna and Erin Crownhart; her great grandchildren, Jack, Annie, Hannah, Wrenley and Ronan Sheridan; and her sister Dorothy Newman.
