He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Ehmen and Martha Ehmen (Kleeman); and his brother Orval. He is survived by: his wife Pat Ehmen; his children, Ron Ehmen (Susan) and Sherlyn Damme (Lynn); his grandsons, Cody and Ryan Damme; his sister Irene Fisher; and his siblings-in-law, Irvin Heng (Sue), Jane Mick and Julie Volkmer (Frank). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Syracuse Rescue Squad, Syracuse Rural Fire Department or Otoe County 4-H Foundation.
