He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harms and Adeline Harms (Schmidt); his siblings, Grace, Tena Parde, Harm, Jerry, Willie, Louie, Edna Brethouwer, John Jr., Adeline, Marvin, Kenneth, LeRoy and Robert Harms; and his siblings-in-law, Bob, Ruth Salomons, Dick, Nora Straube, Don, Martha Brinkman, Dale and Dorothy Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Tim (Billie Joy) of Dallas and Tanya Christian (Greg) of Minneapolis; his grandsons, Matthew and Michael of Dallas; and his sisters-in-law, Marlene and Elaine Harms. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
