He is survived by: his mother Linda Ann Rowley (Fuller) of Hardy; his wife Roberta Sole Dilley of Syracuse; his stepchildren, Tim Dilley (Cecelia) of Syracuse, Kati Beatty (Ron) of Buckeye and Arizona; his son Kent Otto (Kelsey) of Galva, Kansas; his siblings, Lee Ann Mumm (Brent), Donnie Rowley (Roxie), Jim Roberts (Mary), Donna Middleton (Gary) and Tim Roberts (Melissa); his grandchildren, Moriah Lorenzen (Nick), Shantel Cady, Corbin Cady (Alex), Lelend Dilley, Gabe Dilley (Delaney Deterding), Declan Beatty, Brenna Beatty, Avery Dilley, Ava Otto and Jackson Otto; and his great grandchildren, Emily Cady, Evangelee Cady and Anya Lorenzen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
