She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Leon and Ruth Lenore Eloge (Bird); her husband Mark West; her son Jeremiah Hall; and her siblings, Judy Marion (Phil), Jill Christiansen and Rick Eloge.
She is survived by: her son Jassen Hall (Stacey Collier) of Bellevue, NE; her grandchildren, Sebastien Hall, Skylee Hall and Devlin Hall; and her sisters, Jackie Tanner of Nebr and Jayne Swearengin of Nebr. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the American Lung Association in memory of Julie.
