It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Harry Hauberg of Talmage, Nebraska, born in Nebraska City, Nebraska, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Martin and Beulah Louise Hauberg (Bebout); his wife Elaine Hauberg of Talmage, NE; his brother-in-law Merle Krugman; Paul and Elva Krugman.

He is survived by: his children, Beth Elaine (Terry) of Cook, NE, Amy Welzenbach (Dan) of Lenexa, KS and Kyle Hauberg (Alisa) of Rochester, MI; his grandchildren, Lyndee Wenzel, Noah Wenzl-Vermeer, Isabelle Welzenbach, Emma, Alaina, Nicholas and Ellery Hauberg; and his siblings-in-law, Keith Krugman (Verna) of Fremont, CA and Donna Krugman of Kansas City, KS.
