He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Rowe and Cecile M. Rowe (Chambers); his siblings-in-law, Linda Webber, Frank Thomas and Lyle Webber; and his grandson Garson Kraus.
He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Marie Webber of Tecumseh; his daughters, Michelle Nixon (Jeff) of Lincoln and Lisa Kraus (Gary) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Megan Muller (A. J.) of Omaha, Miranda Goracke of Phoenix, AZ, Lucas Kendle (Jamie) of Lincoln, Claire Nixon of Sweden and Chelsea Swelensky (Christopher) of Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Rose Marie, Amelia, Cosette and Maeve; his sisters-in-law, Lois Thomas of Kansas City, MO and Patricia Webber of Grand Rapids, MN; and his pet Max. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
