She was predeceased by : her parents, Otto Bohling and Deloma Bohling (Fass); and her sister-in-law Arlee Laue (Eldon). She is survived by : her husband MelVern Schmid of Tecumseh; her children, Lynette Sundar (VJ), Alan Schmid (Pam) and Jeanette Wright (Kevin); and her sister-in-law Judy Nolte (Lowell). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to AsceraCare Hospice and the Alzheimer's Association.
