He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence C. Doty Sr. and Marie Doty (Pierce); his son Mikel "Scooter" Doty; his siblings, Harold Schlender, George Doty and Judy Stauffer; his brother-in-law Robert Phillips; Arlie and Ruth Phillips.
He is survived by: his nephew Jeremy; his wife Janet Doty (Phillips); his children, Christopher Doty (Kristal), Stephanie Doty and Jon Doty; his grandchildren, Payton, Eli, Kaitlyn, Allie, Avery and Madison; and his in-laws, Virginia Schlender, Jim, Paulette Stauffer, Mike Phillips, Lynn Phillips and Pat Packett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, bonus children, special friends.
