She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Douglas and Donnette Douglas; and her brother Mark. She is survived by: her husband Dean; her daughter Amy Wemhoff (Kevin); her grandchildren, Nate and Natalee; her siblings, Michael Douglas (Cindy) and Christine Strobel (Denis); and her brother-in-law Dale Chase (Jackie). She is also survived by friends, neighbors and many family members.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. A memorial service was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (1116 K St, Tekamah, NE 68061).
