It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene K. Tranmer (Tekamah, Nebraska), who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Samual Modlin and Martha Modlin (King); and her siblings, Eva, Roberta, Robert, Paul and Phyllis.

She is survived by : her husband Harlan; her children, Roger and Wynelle of Tekamah; and her grandchildren, April of Thorton, Heather, Amber of Tekamah, Kaj, Drew of Sioux City, Iowa, Ryann, Sterling, Jameson of Tekamah, Bridgette, Breanna and Jak of Sioux City. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
