He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Rogers and Dorothea Rogers (Wiese); his brother Richard; his in-laws, Eugene and LaVerne Atherton; and his brother-in-law Gordon McLeod.
He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Celeste (Charles) of Hallam, NE; his wife Celeste Rogers (Atherton) of Andrew's Church; his daughter Megan Smith (Buster) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Ruby Smith, Meryl, Angus and Josie Kasson; his siblings, Daniel and Diane McLeod; and his in-laws, Bill, Jolene Fujan, Dorrance and Patty Atherton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
