He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Fulsaas and Joan Fulsaas (Wright); his daughter Mackenzie; and his brother Ronald "Red" Fulsaas. He is survived by: his close friend Jessica Boyles of Tilden; his sons, James Fulsaas (Emmalee Christensen) of Norfolk, Myles Fulsaas of Tilden and Devin Fulsaas of Tilden; his grandchildren, Ryver Kment and Brooken Kment; and his sisters, Ashley Fulsaas of Lincoln and Stacy Fulsaas of Lincoln. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
