It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Galyen of Tilden, Nebraska, who passed away on June 28, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Galyen and Ruth Galyen; and his siblings, Kathy Wolfe, Leslie Galyen and Joline Priester.

He is survived by: his children, Aaron Galyen of Santa Cruz, Warren Galyen of Santa Cruz and Tristen Galyen of Waterford, California; his stepson Jason Galyen of Aumsville, Oregon; his grandchildren, Myles and Talia; his siblings, Lyle Galyen (Peggy) of Tilden and Jacque Hansen of Greeley, Colorado; and his brother-in-law Dave Wolfe of Council Bluffs, Iowa..

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the American Legion Post 170 (207 E 2nd St, Tilden, NE 68781). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
