She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Lewis Neal and Myrtle Neal (Merchant); her grandson Devin Burch; her brothers, Dale Neal, Darrell Neal, Wilbert Neal, Robert Neal and Alben Neal; and her son-in-law Mike Franken.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Burch (Billie) and Lesa Ellis (Bob); her grandchildren, Matthew Burch (Hannah), Natasha Burch (Pat Adamson), Chris Burch (Chantel) and Miranda Hessel (Tim); her great grandchildren, Crue Jarvis, Ridyr Jarvis, Olyvia Burch and Hans Hessel; and her sisters, Marie Franklin, Donna Campbell, Dee Gronewaller and Kay Smith. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
