With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dick J. Jeffers (Valentine, Nebraska), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dick J. Jeffers to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Jeffers and Irene Jeffers (Sears); his former wife Almira Darlene Shelbourn; his daughter Pamela Seberger; and his great grandchild Almira Rose Ward.

He is survived by: his wife Kim Gierau; his children, Robert (Robb Green) of Bailey, CO and Patricia (Craig Potter) of Lincoln, NE; his son-in-law Bill Seberger of Lexington, NE; his sons, Thomas (Carin) of Grand Island, NE and Richard (Deb) of Valentine, NE; and his stepdaughter Brittany (Matt Benzing) of Valentine, NE..

A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Presbyterian Church (325 N Victoria St, Valentine, NE 69201).

Memorials may be made to the family for further designation.
