It is with sadness that the passing of Norma Lee Stoeger (Valentine, Nebraska) is shared. Norma, born on April 9, 1938 in Newport, Nebraska, passed away on September 10, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Brown and Lena Brown; her husband Robert Stoeger Sr.; her son Gary Stoeger; her son-in-law Larry Gill; her grandson Charles Stoeger; her in-laws, Jiggs and Irene Stoeger; and her siblings, Betty Christensen, Richard Brown, Robert Brown and Clea Rae Storey.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Gill, Bob (Margaret), Mark (Janell), Doug (Chelsea) and David; and her grandchildren, Tom, Kari (Joe), Tenille (James), Jared (Mandy), Jamie, Lucas (Chloe), Lincoln (Stephany), Calvin, Preston, Kaylee, Grace and Eve. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sandoz' Chapel of the Pines. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Valentine Methodist Church. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Harmony Cemetery.
