It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Wayne Tetherow of Valentine, Nebraska, who passed away on June 5, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Tetherow and Howard Tetherow; his siblings, Beverly Konings, Doug and Don Tetherow; and his grandson Joseph Tetherow.
He is survived by: his children, Bart (Beth), Sam (Shannon) and Nicole (Dan); his father-in-law George Moreland; and his grandchildren, Colbi, Courtney, Amanda, Dani, Noah, Hope, Zach, Asher, Elizabeth and Emma.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Nicolas Catholic Church. A rosary will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in the care of the family with designation at a later date.
