She was predeceased by : her parents, William Champlin and Tena Champlin (Weber); her siblings, Verrow Miller (Butch) and Jeannie Bladt (Don); and her granddaughter Nicole Spracklin.

She is survived by : her husband Don Spracklin; her sons, William Spracklin (Vicki) of Council Bluffs, Craig Spracklin (Karen) of Valley and Patrick Spracklin (Stacy) of Pleasant Prairie; her grandchildren, Rebecca Kimball (Tony), Kristine Roberts (Travis), Andrew Spracklin (Kristina), Sydney Spracklin and Anna Spracklin; her great grandchildren, Lennon Kimball and Colin Spracklin; and her sister Donna McKean of Ralston.
