He is survived by: his children, Mike (Cecilia), Mark (Mary), Randy (Donna), Dan (Beth) and Kathy Johnson; his granddaughter Abby; and his nieces, Debbie Lentz (Steve), Vicky Ingram (Emmett) and Cindy Marshall.
