He was predeceased by: his parents, Elaine Tracy (Groser Brackhan) and Norman Tracy; and his brother Norval Brackhan. He is survived by: his wife Jean Tracy; his children, Scott Tracy (Sheila), Holly Hoxie (John) and Wendy Kahland (Martin); and his siblings, Marlene Tracy (Karen), Marshall Tracy, John Tracy (Jo), Dennis Tracy (Sheila), Juli Michaels (Calvin), LeAnne Eaton (Dan), Cindy Johnson and Lonnie Brackhan. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and a big extended family.

Please, no flowers or plants. Memorials to the family for future designation.
