William Heine Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Heine of Waco, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2026 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Heine and Adella Heine (Brunz); his brother Thomas Heine; and his nephew David Vapenik. He is survived by: his children, Abigail Heine of Newfield, NJ and Willson Heine of Grand Island, NE; his siblings, Pat Vapenik of York, NE, Peggy Menze (Tom) of York and Ken Heine (Kathy) of Waco; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Heine (Amy) of Waco, Kim Heine, Sikuliaq of Seward, AK and Zane Vapenik of Oshkosh, NE..
