He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia and Jerry; his parents-in-law, Roger and Janet LaPage; and his brother-in-law Kevin.
He is survived by: his significant other Melody; his children, Brande (Jesse) and Thomas; his grandchildren, Morgan, Hayley and Mason; his siblings, Candy (Jeff) and Scott (Mary); and his close friend Becky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
