It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alice June Vandersteen (Wahoo, Nebraska), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father George Fitch. She is survived by : her mother Kathryn Fitch; and her grandchildren, Chelsie, Samantha (Nick), Annie (Andres), Zachary, Bridget and Austin.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital,(https://fundraising.stjude.org...) and Hillcrest Hospice (https://hillcrestfoundation.org) in honor of Alice's lifelong commitment to education and service to others.
